Hello, everyone!!
Dear Winter Dance Party Fans – the party time is almost here! We have a big group of folks wanting to hear the ‘good ‘ol rock & roll’ of Buddy Holly along with the music of Ritchie Valens & The Big Bopper! We’re excited to see you as we prepare for another evening of fun, food & fabulous music! Again, our reserved seats are in Sections 3 & 4 so there are a few steps to navigate, & the line of sight is MUCH better in the elevated area. IF you need handicapped seating, contact us NOW. HC seats are allowed for 1 customer PLUS an escort/spouse, if requested. Below are the updates regarding the evening schedule. Below that is the list of paid attendees. If someone has a partner who is not listed, contact us immediately. We need all the names for name tags & to keep the ticket count accurate.
Once again, we are supporting Jefferson County by using the Hardware Café as our dinner site. Read on, check the ATTENDEE LIST & other details. Again – we need your immediate feedback if anything is missing or incorrect. In addition, share the details with your fellow-travelers to make sure everyone has the information.

SUNDAY – MAY 4
4:30 - DOORS OPEN AT THE HARDWARE CAFE – SOCIAL HOUR! – Check-in on the list, get your name tag….a No-Host bar will be available with open seating in the dining room. During the social hour, the concert tickets will be distributed to you.
5:15PM-ish – CATERED BUFFET DINNER Garden Salad with lemon vinaigrette, Brioche Rolls with honey butter, Tri-Tip with whiskey caramelized onions, Yukon Gold whipped potatoes, Roast Carrots in whiskey/honey/butter sauce, Cherry Cobbler with Flathead cherries & cinnamon crumble, Coffee, Iced Tea & Water. (If anyone has a food allergy, we need to know your situation no later than 5PM on May 1)
6:40PM-ish – Leave the Hardware Cafe & travel to the Helena Civic Center. PARKING – there is a parking lot on the north side of the building, & the city parking lot is to the east of the back side of the Civic Center. IF YOU PARK ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE BUILDING, A BACK ENTRY DOOR is available – it’s a slant/side-ways entry, & as you enter, walk up a long hallway to the front lobby of the Civic Center. Bathrooms are on the immediate left (women) & right (men) of the lobby. If you are parking elsewhere & are coming thru the front entry, enter the auditorium lobby. Proceed through the middle double-doors to the auditorium. Ushers will help you find your seats, although we will also be in the midst of assisting where we can. Showtime is 7:30PM.
NOTICE!!!! The next ‘major’ event MAY be a ‘SECRET SURPRISE ONE-DAY-GET-AWAY’ bus trek so stay tuned for details!!
